Free job coaching financed by the Bundesagentur für Arbeit.

Our coaching offers you support with professional orientation and (re) entry into professional life. The costs for the coaching sessions can be billed at the Bundesagentur für Arbeit as an ongoing entry via the activation & placement voucher.

Step 1: Guidance from the Bundesagentur für Arbeit or job center

The Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit) / job center will advise you on the terms and conditions under which funding for coaching is possible. If the general conditions are complied with, you will receive your personal activation and placement voucher (AVGS) with free choice of carrier (our carrier number is: 962/181/19). Further information can be found on the online pages of the Employment Agency.

You can arrange a free preliminary consultation with us using the contact form, telephone or email. In addition to getting to know each other, this serves to classify your coaching concerns and to clarify the application procedure with you.

Plan AVGS coaching with us

Step 3: Start of your AVGS coaching

Career coaching starts with discussing the specific course of the coaching units. We plan these with you individually and as required in our office in Berlin Kreuzberg (or in live chat with online coaching). Depending on the approval, the coaching with AVGS can be carried out for a maximum of three months. The goal is to return to work and successfully participate in working life.

Step 4: Billing of your activation and placement voucher

After submitting the activation and placement voucher (AVGS), we settle directly with the Employment Agency / Job Center. So you don’t have to worry about any formalities.
