Her experience focuses on women and professional careers, re-entry after care work or illness, as well as advice on the compatibility of family and work. As a strategic conflict consultant, team trainer and communication consultant, she offers workshops and employee coaching for various social associations, job centers and agencies. On the background of a holistic, humanistic approach, Ms. Bärtels-Roesener works in a design-systematic, process- and solution-oriented manner.
