Martina Bärtels-Roesener has been working as a freelance job coach, project manager for EU educational projects and trainer for professional goal orientation and integration in various educational institutions for 25 years. Her experience focuses on women and professional careers, re-entry after care work or illness, as well as advice on the compatibility of family and work.
