Who is our start-up coaching suitable for?

If you would like to start self-employment while unemployed, our start-up consulting services can be 100 percent subsidized by the employment agency. This applies to both on-site consulting in Berlin and online sessions. We are happy to assist you in applying for the necessary activation and placement voucher (AVGS). SEQUOYA is a certified provider for this measure
Our coaches accompany start-up founders with concrete business ideas step by step during the start-up phase to get their offering ready for the market, including support with forward-looking decisions, the business plan, and obtaining the necessary financing, for example through a government grant.

Self-employed individuals or freelancers from Berlin or anywhere else in the world who want to take the next step in their business can also benefit from our start-up coaching.
We can also support you if you want to consolidate your already established start-up company.

If you want to become self-employed but don’t yet know exactly what business idea to pursue, our business coaching is more suitable for you.

Unemployed individuals can also take advantage of special AVGS career coaching, which is funded by the Employment Agency.

The Employment Agency/Job Center will advise you on the conditions and requirements for receiving coaching support. If you meet the requirements, you can receive your personal activation and placement voucher (AVGS). AVGS coaching is free one-on-one coaching. AVGS coaching begins
Job coaching can take place in Berlin or online, regardless of where you live. At the beginning, we discuss the coaching process, among other things. We plan the individual sessions so that they fit in well with your everyday life. You can come to our coaching rooms or participate in the coaching online from home. AVGS coaching appointments can be spread over up to three months.
AVGS coaching ends – we take care of the billing
After presenting the activation and placement voucher (AVGS), we will settle the bill directly with the Employment Agency/Job Center. This means you do not need to worry about any formalities.
