Karlotta Bahnsen

Karlotta Bahnsen brings over ten years of experience in intercultural adult education and university teaching to her coaching. As a PhD anthropologist, she works on topics such as migration, labor, social inequality, and societal transformation.

In addition to her academic work, she has extensive experience in supporting students, doctoral candidates, and researchers, particularly during demanding research and final thesis phases. Her coaching combines analytical precision with practical strategies to strengthen clarity, structure, and self-efficacy in the work process.
