Christoph Pörksen has been working as an organizational development consultant, advisor, trainer, coach, and supervisor for over 20 years. He primarily works with public administration institutions as well as civil society organizations. What his clients have in common is their important contribution to a functioning civil society. For this reason, he deliberately works in particular for the public sector and the third sector.

In his one-to-one coaching, he works mainly with executives.

Christoph Pörksen is convinced that all individuals and groups already possess the skills and capacities they need to meet the challenges they face. However, these skills and capacities are often hidden or not accessible to the necessary extent. He enjoys identifying and leveraging these existing potentials together with his clients.

His approach to work and consulting is shaped by systems thinking. In addition, he applies a process- and task-oriented approach to organizational and team development.
