Julia Beißwenger has several years of experience in adult education as a trainer and career coach. During this time, she has successfully guided numerous individuals into the job market. With her systemic training, studies in business administration, and a Master’s degree in Diversity Education, she combines a broad spectrum of methods and perspectives, always with the goal of empowering individuals for the long term.

Her focus lies on career coaching and application training: from initial orientation to hands-on implementation. She assists with developing compelling application documents, strategic LinkedIn positioning, digital self-marketing, and targeted preparation for job interviews. She specifically includes knowledge of AI in recruiting to make the application process more effective and contemporary.
