Nina Schrader is a business coach, team coach, and personal coach. Her systemic training is ECA-certified.
Seeing her clients recognise their self-efficacy, discover their solutions, and resolve conflicts gives her work great meaning and brings her a great deal of joy. The results are as individual as the people she works with. This can be very emotional; sometimes it is about structure, and often it is very humorous.
Nina Schrader has lived in Berlin for 30 years, has two almost grown-up daughters, and looks back on a life full of change herself. Before discovering that she is passionate about supporting people in their personal development as a coach, she worked as an architect, developed and managed marketing for an architectural firm, and ran her own café.
