We are a team of over 28 experienced consulting, coaching and training professionals. We are guided by shared values such as trust and responsibility. Our greatest joy is seeing the changes our clients desire become a reality.

In order to meet our own standards and operate professionally, we regularly undergo further training and conduct peer review sessions and in-house training courses within our team.

Why SEQUOYA?

Sequoias are survivalists and can withstand any challenge – be it earthquakes, storms or lightning strikes. If the trees are damaged in the process, these deeply rooted giants of the forest activate their self-healing powers.

Our Specialties

We support individuals, teams and organisations through professional and structural change processes – from business and job coaching to organisational development and outplacement. Our work is based on a systemic, practical and goal-oriented approach.

  • Business coaching

    In our coaching sessions, we support our clients in clarifying their situation, work and communication structures, perceiving and dealing with resistance, and developing their individual goals and strategies. As coaches trained in systemic approaches, we work in a system-, resource- and solution-oriented manner and provide effective support in finding suitable solutions.

  • Job coaching via AVGS voucher

    Our labour market services, which are provided as part of AVGS funding, aim to integrate people into the training and labour market. Since August 2019, we have been able to support over 70% of our clients in finding a new job or starting training. Over 60% of clients have participated in further training as part of the career orientation process, which was developed during coaching and recommended by us to the Employment Agency/Job Centre. Funding was provided primarily for further training in the areas of project management, Scrum Master, social media and subsidy management, advanced training as a systemic coach, job coach and in the IT sector, as well as training in social-educational areas.

  • Organisational development

    When supporting organisations, we focus on the respective “DNA” of the client organisation. We support those responsible within the organisations with tailor-made concepts and provide support during the implementation phase where necessary. Our consultants have extensive knowledge of various industries and organisational forms – private sector, public sector, NGOs. Our goal is to empower our clients so that they can continue to develop their respective organisations on their own after the project has ended.

  • Outplacement

    When employees have to be let go – for example, due to restructuring – this is usually a great strain on them. However, employers have the opportunity to actively support their employees and ensure that they quickly find a new job and even emerge from the situation stronger than before. In doing so, they not only fulfil their social responsibility, but also increase the satisfaction of the remaining employees.

    This is exactly what we offer with our outplacement consulting service: as part of our career coaching programme, we provide targeted support to redundant employees in their professional reorientation, efficient job search and convincing application. We also carry out potential analyses, provide information on further training opportunities and optimise application documents.
