Katja Hewener

Katja Hewener has many years of experience as a coach, trainer, and HR consultant in professional contexts for teams and individuals in startups, various associations, institutes, employment and education projects. During this time, she also worked for over 10 years as an HR professional in digital startups.

As a coach, she supports her clients in discovering “what they really want” and in developing an appropriate implementation strategy. The thematic focus areas of her services include: developing professional goals and visions. Identifying one’s own strengths and resources, optimizing application materials, and pragmatic preparation for job interviews.

Furthermore, she supports startup companies in building and developing their teams. With workshops on “Find your Why!” she helps both companies and individuals identify their purpose—what truly drives them. In everything she does, an appreciative attitude, communication at eye level, and a good dose of humor are important to her.
