As a HR manager, Elisabeth Hartwig has successfully built and managed HR departments in startups and medium-sized companies. In her many years of experience as a trainer and HR consultant, she imparts her knowledge of leadership, management and personnel development. As a coach, she works with a mindful attitude and a systemic approach. In doing so, she draws on a wide range of methods, which to a great extent include her international experience and intercultural tools.
