Franziska Schönfeld

Franziska Schönfeld is a systemic coach, cultural scientist and futurologist. She has over ten years of experience in cultural education and is passionate about working with arts and cultural practitioners, educational stakeholders, sustainability consultants, decision-makers and administrative staff. As a coach and process facilitator, she benefits from her experience as a manager, in the public sector and as a freelance trainer. She helps her coachees to become aware of their own resources, wishes and future prospects. She combines her systemic view with mindfulness-based coaching and creative play with futures. Her coaching style is characterized by collegial composure, courage, the joy of new beginnings and a pinch of humour.
