Heike Sohna has been developing and implementing her own concepts for companies and public organizations since 2004. She brings in-depth knowledge of management and team development, communication and business processes. Her consulting approach is practice-oriented and enables an efficient transfer into the organization. In coaching, it is important to her to get people moving so that they can boldly put their goals and wishes into practice. In order to be able to implement this appropriately, she founded SEQUOYA together with her long-term colleague Udo Furthmüller in 2012.
