Nina Schrader is a business coach, team coach and personal coach. Her systemic training is ECA certified.
Seeing her clients recognize their self-efficacy, discover their solutions and resolve conflicts gives her work great meaning and gives her great pleasure. The results are as individual as the people she works with. It can be very emotional, sometimes it's about structure and often it's very humorous.
Nina Schrader has lived in Berlin for 30 years, has two almost grown-up daughters and looks back on a life full of changes. Before she discovered that she was passionate about supporting people in their personal development as a coach, she worked as an architect, designed and managed the marketing for an architecture firm and ran her own café.
